Release [ 2015-04-30 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: Revised - The Edit Cost window in the Work Order feature by adding four additional Labor Description lines.

ACCOUNTING: Revised - All Actual & Budget Comparison Reports ( Balance Sheet, Operating Statements, etc. ) to recognize an increase from or decrease to a zero amount as a 100% Difference .. Revised - The Rent Roll Detail report to include a * No Activity * notation for all vacant units as it already does on the Rent Roll Summary report .. Revised - The Tenant Ledger Report to include the Charge Month & Year in the Description field for all recurring tenant charge entries.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release .. Revised - The Household Member Information section to allow a SSN Exception Code to be selected and maintained when a blank, all 9's or T-ID has been recorded for the member's Social Security Number.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - A new Allow Changes to Worksheet Date option to the RD Menu of the Password Protection feature that controls whether a User can or cannot change the RD Project Worksheet Date from the default date established for each tenant change by the program .. Revised - The RD COA Associations feature by expanding the total number of Accrual to Cash Adjustment account numbers allowed to 15 and Authorized Debt Payment ( Non-RHS ) to 10.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Updated - The Alabama Tenant Income Certification form [ AL-Sec42 TIC ] to the current revision that includes the .06% PB Savings Rate change.
