ACCOUNTING: Revised - The Delinquent Rent Report feature so that Late Notices are generated in the same Unit # order as listed on the Deleinquent Rent Report .. Revised - The A/P Check Disbursement Entry feature to provide more entry detail when a duplicate invoice is being entered .. Revised - The Tenant Ledger Report layout from Portrait to Landscaped to allow more room for the Description field .. Added - A Tenant Selection button [ T-ID ] to the A/P Entry window that allows a Tenant to be selected as the A/P entry Payee, just like selecting a Vendor Account .. Revised - The Batch Summary layout from Protrait to Landscaped to allow more room for Check No. & Description fields .. Revised - The Tenant Certification Activation process to automatically create the prorated Utility Refund A/P entry for the first partial month of occupancy for negative rent ( UR ) tenants.
RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The RD Approved Lease for Maine [ RD_ME_LEASE_CD.RPT ] to the 09/17/2009 release .. Revised - The column headings at the top of the RD 3560-7 Project Budget - Part V ACB form to display more accurately what is being entered in each column as it pertains for a Proposed Budget versus an Actual Budget submission.
HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The iMAX Communications window to a fixed size so that it doesn't automatically take up the whole screen .. Revised - The HAP Adjustment Calculation feature so that retroactive tenant change adjustments are only created for the time period effected by the specific tenant change .. Revised - The Asset Income entry feature to allow asset entries to be reported on the HUD-50059 and electronically to TRACS that have zero cash value .. Added - The ability to send Unit Transfers as a MAT10 - HUD-50059 Tenant Certification MAT file record ( instead of MAT70 ) when a change in household happens on the same effective date .. Revised - The Tenant Certification - Print Options window to automatically generate a HUD-50059-A Partial Certification form when the tenant certification selected is a Gross Rent Change action.
LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The IHDA TST-3 Tenant Income Certification form to the 05/2010 version .. Added - The 08/2010 version of the Nebraska IFA Tenant Income Certification form [ NE - Sec42 TIC ] to the Tenant Certification - Print Options window .. Added - A new Certification On Line ( COL ) XML feature to the LIHTC menu which creates the XML file that is submitted to the web-based Certification On Line system for various State HFA Tax Credit submission compliance.
