Added - A new built-in FHA Software Update Installer feature for downloading and installing program updates, replacing our use of the Windows OS Installer feature that continues to hamper successful update installations in networked server drive systems.
ACCOUNTING: Added - A new RD OVERAGE column to the Rent Roll Summary ( with Tenant Charge Code Detail & Vacancy Loss ) report that more accurately calculates Vacancy Loss for an RD Project .. Added - The ability to monitor User-Created [.RPT Format] forms to the screen in the Delinquent Rent Report feature so that they can be exported to ( saved as ) desired Excel or .CSV files.
HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - The HUD-9887 Document Package [ HUD-9887_Document_Package ) as a Customizable MSWORD Designer form that can be printed from the Waiting List Data, Recertification Notice and Certification Data - PRINT option windows .. Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release.
RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Fixed - An issue that was occurring with reporting Medical Deduction when submitting a HUD-50059 Tenant Certification to MINC.
LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Updated - The Missouri ( MHDC ) Exhibit B - Tenant Income Certification form [ MO-Sec42 TIC ] to the current ( second ) 04/17/2020 Revision .. Revised - The current Texas ( TDHCA ) Tenant Income Certification form [ TX-Sec42 TIC ] 04/17/2020 Revision with additional State Housing Trust Fund ( SHTF ) and National Housing Trust Fund ( NHTF ) MSA% selections that were made available on their newest TIC form.
