Release [ 2013-05-31 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: Added - An automatic Add-On Fee calculation section to the existing Management Fee Calculation for Occupied Units feature.

ACCOUNTING: Added - A new Cost Per Unit report to the Operating Statement - Report Type selection menu.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - A List Vacant & Market Rate Units checkbox to the Generate a HAP Request Voucher - Setup window which determines whether existing Vacant and Market Rate units are included (listed) on the HUD-52670-A Part 1 Schedule of Tenant Assistance Payments Due pages. By default, Vacant & Market Rent units are not listed. However, this checkbox gives our users the option to list them for internal verification of which units make up the Vacant & Market Rent unit count .. Added - A new Create a Traditional Baseline MAT File checkbox to the Automatied Selection Process window to automatically add all tenant changes to a new MAT file that are applicable to a Traditional Baseline submission .. Revised - The Generate a HAP Request Voucher - Setup window making the Recalculate all HAP Adjustments checkbox checked by default .. Enhanced - The GRC Correction feature to a one step process by automatically creating and activating a new GRC entry based on household information from the last full tenant certification that exists for the tenant in TC History .. Enhanced - The Unit Transfer Correction feature to a one step process by automatically creating and activating a new UT entry based on household information from the last full tenant certification that exists for the tenant in TC History .. Revised - The HUD-50059 Tenant Certification - TC History database to allow an Interim Recertification to be added that follows an existing GRC entry, effective the same day .. Revised - The HUD-50059 Tenant Certification - TC History database to allow an Interim/UT Recertification to be added that follows an existing Unit Transfer entry, effective the same day.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: None.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - The new Spectrum Enterprises, Inc. 2013 LIHTC Tenant Income Certification form [Spectrum 42 TIC] to the list of available LIHTC Certifications that can be generated from the Tenant Certification Data - Print options feature which is used in all States they monitor ( including American Samoa, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, US Virgin Islands, and West Virginia ) .. Updated - The TDHCA Annual Eligibility Certification form [TX-Sec42 AEC] to the current November 2012 revision.
