IN GENERAL: Revised - The Generate Recertification Notices feature to recognize if a unit has been deleted after running the Annual Recertification Letters to prevent issues occurring when running 30/60/90 Reminder Letters .. Fixed - The issue with Zero Asset entries being deleted when the Zero Asset entry is the sole Asset entry for the household .. Fixed - The random issue with Run-Time 91 Errors occurring when processing Unit Transfers.

ACCOUNTING: Fixed - The Division by Zero error when running an Operating Statement for the first month of a Fiscal Year.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Fixed - The issue with Run-Time 3021 Errors occuring when saving an EDI file that contains a Unit Transfer record.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Fixed - The issue with Unit Transfer Out Dates not being reported on the WNC-MITC Report .. Revised - The AHFA Tenant Data Collection feature to exclude leading sequence numbers from Asset Descriptions when creating the MDB file.
