Release [ 2013-08-31 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: Fixed - The tabbing sequence when editing the Management Data - Site Manager window items.

ACCOUNTING: None.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release .. Fixed - The issue that was not allowing individual HUD-52670 HAP Voucher Request pages ( ex: Cover Page, Adjustments, etc. ) to be printed in Multi-Property Mode .. Revised - The MAT - Tenant Assistance Changes feature by automatically adding Project Filename as part of the MAT Filename to simplify the creation of MAT files for multiiple projects .. Fixed - The HUD-50059 generation and electronic submission issues with the Unit Transfer Code being incorrectly reported when a future AR or IR is being Corrected and moved to a new unit while processing a retroactive Unit Transfer .. Revised - The Gross Rent / UA Change feature to recognize if a future tenant change just needs to be revised or a new correction created, based on whether it has been sent to TRACS or not.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: None.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Fixed - The Tax Credit Analysis - Setup window to allow the MITC report that includes all Building ID's to be monitored to the screen for review.
