Release [ 2013-10-31 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: None.

ACCOUNTING: Added - An Alerts column to the Select Specific Tenants window in the Delinquent Rent Report feature .. Added - A Required checkbox to the Vendor Accounts Detail window to note if the vendor is required to have insurance coverage.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: None.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - A new COMBINE option to the LIHTC Data Transfer Standard XML v2.0 feature which provides the ability to combine multiple XML files into one master XML for submission to State HFA's that are limited to only one XML file submission per year per project.
