Release [ 2014-02-28 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: Added - A Full-Time Student column in the Household Composition section of the TC Detail Report.

ACCOUNTING: Added - The Pennsylvania 2013 Rent Certificate form to the Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) form feature.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release .. Fixed - An issue with how future HUD-50059 Tenant Certifications were handled when involved with a retroactive Unit Swap .. Fixed - The issue why Special Claims entries were periodically not being included when processing HAP Voucher Requests for multiple projects at the same time .. Fixed - The missing Low Income Limit amount issue when adding a 202/162 PAC HUD-50059 Tenant Certification as a MAT10 Record in a MAT file.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: None.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Updated - The Mississippi Tenant Income Certification form [ MS-Sec42 TIC ] and Student and Rent Declaration form [ MS-Sec42 SARD ] to the January 2014 revision .. Added - A new LIHTC XML 2.0 File Conversion Utility to the LIHTC menu which will import Tenant Income Certifications into FHA Software from an XML 2.0 file created by any other software program, eliminating the need to reload tenant information when switching LIHTC projects to FHA Software.
