Staff came to work today to find that the Auto-Attendant & Voicemail feature of our business phone system has stopped working which does not allow incoming calls to be answered or routed to appropriate extensions. A Broadcast Email Message has been sent to all registered FHA Software users alerting them about this issue with instructions to fax or email us their concerns, if they are not able to get through by phone. We hope to have this feature replaced ASAP and will send another Broadcast Email Message when the Auto-Attendant & Voicemail system is restored. As of today, HUD's iMAX System is also still down and not allowing electronic submission through the iMAX portal. .. DT.
