Release [ 2014-06-30 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: Added - A [+] button the the Application Date & Time section in an Applicant entry window ( Waiting List Data feature ) that will automatically change Application Date & Time to the current System Date & Time.

ACCOUNTING: None.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - The ability to overwrite existing MAT files with the same filename as a new MAT filename entry being created in the TRACS/MAT - Tenant Assistance Changes feature .. Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Fixed - The automated calculation of Potential Income column amounts in the Part IV - A/B Rent Schedule window of the newly revised RD 3560-7 Project Budget / UA feature from incorrect monthly amounts to annual amounts when making manual rent rate edits .. Fixed - Account Number entry in the newly revised RD COA Associations feature to allow account numbers to include a period .. Fixed - Print menus in newly revised RD 3560-7 Project Budget / UA, RD 3560-10 Borrower Balance Sheet, and RD COA Associations features to always be displayed out front of all existing windows so that it does not get inadvertantly hidden behind existing windows .. Added - The ability to leave the manually entered new XML Filename blank when creating new XML files in the MINC/XML - Tenant Transactions feature .. Added - The ability to overwrite existing XML files with the same filename as a new XML filename entry being created in the MINC/XML - Tenant Transactions feature.
