ACCOUNTING: Added - The ability to add Vendor Credits in the A/P Check Disbursement Entry feature that are automatically applied in the Check Printing Process feature .. Added - two new Tenant Charge Codes [DMCLAIM & URCLAIM] to the Tenant Charge Codes database that can be used to keep track of tenant payments made towards Damages and Unpaid Rent balances that were included on an approved Section 8 Special Claims request that will end up being reported as Miscellaneous Accounting HAP voucher adjustments .. Added - A New 12 Month Actual ( Trailing Trend ) and 12 Month Budget ( Trailing Trend ) report options to the Operating Statement feature .. Added - A new Allow Open A/P Payable Entries To Be Edited configuration setting to the User Defaults section of the Accounting Defaults feature that determines if open A/P entries ( payables ) can be edited .. Added - A Consolidate checkbox to the Multi-Property Reports option in the Check Listing feature that will consolidate Multi-Property Reports into one report that includes all projects listed in the Multi-Property Directory selected .. Added - The option of printing a Check Listing report in a Summary or Detailed layout .. Revised - The A/P entry process in the A/P Check Disbursement Entry feature that will automatically advance to and setup a new line in the Next8 set of entries without having to manually click-on the Next8 button .. Revised - The A/J entry process in the A/J Adjustment Journal Entry feature that will automatically advance to and setup a new line in the Next13 set of entries without having to manually click-on the Next13 button .. Revised - The A/P entry process in the A/P Check Disbursement Entry feature so that the [ENTER] key will correctly move the cursor out from the Memo field .. Added - A Sort option to the Check Disbursement Entry Selection window of the A/P Check Disbursement Entry feature that allows the A/P entry list to be sorted by Entry #, Vendor Name, Invoice Date, Check Date, or Check Number .. Added - A new Bank Type selection option to the Check Disbursement Summary - Setup window .. Added - A new Bank Type selection option to the Aged Payables Report feature .. Added - A Consolidate checkbox to the Multi-Property Reports option in the Aged Receivables Report feature that will consolidate Multi-Property Reports into one report that includes all projects listed in the Multi-Property Directory selected .. Revised - The Add a New COA option in the Chart of Accounts feature that simplifies the process of adding new Account Numbers .. HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release .. Revised - The Add New Limits process in the HUD Income Limits window of Project Data to copy amounts from the previously selected schedule by default with an option to zero out all amounts, if desired .. Revised - The HUD Income Limits window of Project Data to with the ability for the program to automatically calculate all member income limit amounts based on Median Family Income or 4 Member Very Low Income amounts entered .. Changed - The 30% of Median column heading text to Extremely Low (30%) in the HUD Income Limits window of Project Data .. Revised - The Repayment Agreement sort order of Events so that most recent Events are listed at the top .. Added - A new Review Miscellaneous Accounting feature to the HUD .. HUD-52670 HAP Request Voucher Menu that keeps track of all Miscellaneous Accounting entry activity ( ex: OARQ, DRUG, SERV, FORQ, etc. ) with amounts automatically reported on targeted monthly HAP Voucher Requests.
