Release [ 2014-09-30 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: Revised - The Race / Ethnicity Report with placing the letter H in the left side of the Unit Number column to note which specific units are labeled as Handicap Units with the Total Handicap Units reported at the bottom .. Added - A By Report Month/Year option to the Tenant Certification - PRINT options window that will automatically generate Certifications &/or Report forms for all Tenant Certifications that are targeting a specific Report Month/Year ( Anticipated Voucher Month, Project Worksheet, etc. ).

ACCOUNTING: None.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The RD 3560-7 MFH Project Budget / UA feature with minor fixes that have come up since the last update release.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Removed - The AL - AHFA Tenant Data Collection ( TDC ) MDB feature from the LIHTC selection menu since Alabama HFA now accepts the LIHTC Data Transfer Standard XML 2.0 file layout.
