Release [ 2014-11-30 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: Posted - A PBSR Update Utility program to our ftp site that will automatically add a new 02/01/2015 Passbook Savings Rate ( .06% ) entry to HUD INFO and RD INFO sections of PROJECT DATA to eliminate the manual data entry process for our large management companies. A Broadcast Email Message was sent to all FHA Software users with detailed instructions.

ACCOUNTING: Revised - Restrictions placed on characters that are allowed when entering text in A/R, A/J, and A/P DESCRIPTION fields.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release .. Added - The ability to add multiple Repayment Agreement records for individual tenants to separate new instances of misreporting .. Revised - TRACS 202D MAT file creation issues that have come up since releasing 202D compliance ability in the previous update.
