Release [ 2003-01-28 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: Fixed - Recertification Notice Processing - Generate forms for one Tenant Certification option was not printing all necessary forms .. Fixed - When editing Multiple Rent Rate History in Unit data, changes were not always being successfully saved .. Fixed - When Recertify is selected in Tenant Certification, Passbook Saving Rate History in Project Data was not always successfully reset .. Fixed - Had a problem creating a new GRC Tenant Certification when a valid TC does not exist (having been manually purged) during the GRC process .. Added - Future Date Warning Message when attempting to activate Move-Ins, Move-Outs and Unit Transfers with future effective dates .. Fixed - Problem with changing unit numbers in Unit Data through all related data sections (Tenant Certifications & Changes to Tenant Status files).

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: None .

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Fixed - HUD-50059's created during the GRC process were not carrying over Welfare Shelter Payment amounts for multiple household members.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: None.
