Update Info

Release [ 2003-02-05 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: Fixed - The Unit Transfer process has been refined to allow the UT to proceed, even though key Tenant Certification history may be invalid or missing. Warning Messages have been added that provide clarification & solutions for situations that would prevent successful Unit Transfer completion .. Added - A footnote has been added to the Waiting List Summary which provides RD & HUD related Race Code Number Descriptions.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Fixed - The Automated Selection Process with EDI file creation was omitting Unit Transfer records.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - a Warning Message has been added to the HUD-52670 HAP Voucher generation process when Late Recertifications exist. Instructions are provided for either Terminating Subsidy or extending subsidy requests on the expired certification.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: None.
