Release [ 2003-03-25 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: Added - The program's Release Date is now displayed in the top heading line of the software window .. Revised - The Gross Rent Change process has been revised to accommodate missing, invalid or unexpected tenant change history and includes a more detailed Pre-Evaluation GRC Summary that shows the effects of both tenant and RA/Subsidy payments before it is implemented. The GRC process can also be rerun to automatically correct a previous GRC attempt that was based on wrong rent rate information .. Revised - Unit Transfer, Unit Swap and Termination of Subsidy processing has also been revised to accommodate missing, invalid or unexpected tenant change history.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added- The ability to create and electronically submit new EDI file formats through RD's new web-based MINC Industry Interface is now available. Two new options were added to the RD EDI File Submissions menu section .. MINC/EDI Data Messages and MINC Error Message Reference. FHA Software users need to request a Management Agent ID from their USDA/RD Servicing Office that allows access to the new MINC Industry Interface website.
