IN GENERAL: Fixed - Typo of Date Format on Move-Out Notification window .. Fixed - Adding a new Multiple Dependent/Elderly Allowance and Passbook Percentage was not correctly being saved.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Fixed - RD R/A Assignment Report GTC% calculations for Note Rate Tenants were incorrect.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: None.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: None.
