Release [ 2015-06-30 ] provided the following program changes ...

IN GENERAL: Added - A new Only list Expired Certifications as of the Report Date above checkbox option to the Certification Expiration Report - Setup window that will limit the report to only listing tenant's with expired certifications .. Added - A new Continuous checkbox option to the Certification Expiration Report - Setup window that will consolidate individual Multi-Property Reports into one continuous report .. Added - A new Tenant/Applicant Screening menu option called TRAK-1 Background Screening that gives FHA Software users a second, fully integrated option for acquiring and complying with background screening compliance .. Added - A new Gross Rent Potential Report feature to the REPORTS menu that provides an accurate unit-by-unit GRP report for any 12 month period defined.

ACCOUNTING: Added - Bank ID and Account Number to the heading section of the printed Bank Deposit Slip.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release .. Added - A new USDA Generated SSN field to the HUD SSN Exception Code window that stores the temporary "A" SSN assigned by USDA/RD for each applicable household member missing a valid SSN that is used when submitting a HUD-50059 Tenant Certification to MINC.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - A new Consolidated Payment Summary checkbox option to the RD 3560-29 Notice of Payment Due .. Generate a Project Worksheet - SETUP window that will generate a continuous project-by-project list of Payment Summary information that can be used by large management companies to validate MINC Pre-Release Project Worksheet accuracy.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Updated - The existing IHDA TST-2A Tenant Profile Compliance Report [ IL-IHDA TST-2A ] to the current 04/20/2015 form Revision that is generated in the LIHTC .. Tax Credit Analysis feature .. Added - The current IHDA TSHCN-2A Unit Status Report for High Income Units [ IL-IHDA TSHCN-2A High ] and Low Income Units [ IL-IHDA TSHCN-2A Low ] forms to the LIHTC .. Tax Credit Analysis feature.
