FYI - THIS UPDATE MAY TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL TO COMPLETE !!! < --------
If you are not already running the 2025.08.31 or later Update Release of FHA Software, this update process will take longer than normal to complete. If so, this update will be adding numerous fields to your existing Certification Database files ( that was originally provided with the previous 2025.08.31 Update Release ), including the ability to enter ( record ) Phone Number and Email Address for all household members. In doing so, the Database Update Utility feature that runs at the end of the installation process may take up to 3 to 5 minutes or more per project to complete, depending on how much Tenant Certification Data history exists and your computer's performance level. Knowing this, we recommend completing this update at a time ( at night or on the weekend ) that will allow the extra Database Update Utility feature process to finish without interruption.
IN GENERAL: This is basically the 2nd Quarter 2026 software update.
ACCOUNTING: None.
HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - A new Annual Recertification Notice Status report option to the HUD-52670 HAP Request Voucher .. Generate a HAP Request Voucher feature that will report a list of Tenants that are either coming due for Annual Recertification within the next 120/90/60/30 Days or currently have late ( expired ) Tenant Certifications in effect beyond 30/60/90 Days of expiration.
RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: None.
LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The NY State Tenant Income Certification ( TIC ) form to report the letter "N" in the Disabled ( Y/N ) column for No instead of leaving it blank.
