FYI - THIS UPDATE MAY TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL TO COMPLETE !!! < --------
If you are not already running the 2025.08.31 or later Update Release of FHA Software, this update process will take longer than normal to complete. If so, this update will be adding numerous fields to your existing Certification Database files ( that was originally provided with the previous 2025.08.31 Update Release ), including the ability to enter ( record ) Phone Number and Email Address for all household members. In doing so, the Database Update Utility feature that runs at the end of the installation process may take up to 3 to 5 minutes or more per project to complete, depending on how much Tenant Certification Data history exists and your computer's performance level. Knowing this, we recommend completing this update at a time ( at night or on the weekend ) that will allow the extra Database Update Utility feature process to finish without interruption.

IN GENERAL: Added - Five new MS Word MergeField Codes for insertion into custom Certification Data ( CD ) related documents that pertain to Pets ( CD0418 ), Reasonable Accommodations ( CD0419 ), Service Animals ( CD0420 ), Vehicle #1 ( CD00421 ), Vehicle #2 ( CD0422 ) .. Added - A new SAMPLE_VEHICLE_INFO_SUMMARY option to the Certification Data Summary feature .. Updated - The Waiting List Data Import feature to accurately import Application TIME with CSV import files created ( Exported ) from Streamroll's Website.
ACCOUNTING: Enabled - The SEND button option in the A/R Import - Prisma - Payment Transactions feature that now electronically sends ( submits ) Property & Resident Upload CSV files to Prisma's SFTP site instead of having to manually attach CSV files to an email or logging into a portal for submission to Prisma .. Added - The ability to insert Account Name, Address, CST, Phone, Fax fields into custom MICR check layouts from the Bank Accounts database.
HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - A new HUD_SECTION_8_INFO_SUMMARY report selection has been added to Project Data - Project Filename Summary feature .. Corrected - The code being reported on the printed HUD-50059 Tenant Certification - Section E Asset Information - Column #77 Status to "I" when Date Divested applies, instead of "D" when TRACS 203A is implemented in the future .. Fixed - The page numbering issue that was being incorrectly displayed at the bottom of the SAMPLE_HUD-90105-A_MODEL_LEASE_CD.DOC form.
RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Removed - The Current Operating Balance Amount & As of Date line from the RD 3560-12 Request for Authorization to Withdraw Reserve Funds form, as requested by USDA/RD .. Added - The actual Total Net Family Assets Amount as a notation on page #2 of the RD 3560-8 Tenant Certification form when this amount is lower than the Imputed Income From Asset Threshold and line item #15 Net Family Assets is reporting a zero amount .. Updated - RD's 3560 Handbooks 1/2/3 to the March 10 2026 Revision.
