FYI - THIS UPDATE MAY TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL TO COMPLETE !!! < --------
If you are not already running the 2025.08.31 Update Release of FHA Software, this update process will take longer than normal to complete. If so, this update will be adding numerous fields to your existing Certification Database files ( that was originally provided with the previous 2025.08.31 Update Release ), including the ability to enter ( record ) Phone Number and Email Address for all household members. In doing so, the Database Update Utility feature that runs at the end of the installation process may take up to 3 to 5 minutes or more per project to complete, depending on how much Tenant Certification Data history exists and your computer's performance level. Knowing this, we recommend completing this update at a time ( at night or on the weekend ) that will allow the extra Database Update Utility feature process to finish without interruption.

IN GENERAL: Revised - The Data Backup/Restore feature to list available existing backups to restore in descending order ( ex: Entire Data Directory, All Project Data, Multi-Property Directory and Specific Project Only ) .. Fixed - The Total UR Amount rounding issue in the Utility Refund Report that was caused by prorated Move-In/Move-Out UR Amounts .. Fixed - The Project Filename Summary to more accurately report the total number of Efficiency units when running the report in Multi-Property Reports mode.
ACCOUNTING: Fixed - The Reset Beginning Balances issue in the Chart of Accounts feature when multiple account amounts were setup to clear out to the same Retained Earnings Account Number that Net Income YTD was being cleared out to, as well .. Added - WI's 2025 Rent Certificates ( CRP ) forms .. Added - MO-CRP 2025 Certificate of Rent Paid ( CRP ) form .. Added .. The ability to include current monthly recurring Tenant Rent Rate and Balance Due amount when creating a Resident Upload file in the RentPayment feature.
HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Fixed - The line spacing issue when printing TRACS Response Messages that have lengthy CA Message Text .. Revised - The printed HUD-50059 Tenant Certification form so that the Household Member Information Citizenship Code column is left blank when Subsidy Type is HUD 811 PRA DEMO.
