FYI - THIS UPDATE WILL TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL TO COMPLETE !!! < --------
This software update will be adding numerous fields to your existing Certification Database files, including the ability to enter ( record ) Phone Number and Email Address for all household members. In doing so, the Database Update Utility feature that runs at the end of the installation process may take up to 3 to 5 minutes or more per project to complete, depending on how much Tenant Certification Data history exists and your computer's performance level. Knowing this, we recommend completing this update at a time ( at night or on the weekend ) that will allow the extra Database Update Utility feature process to finish without interruption.
IN GENERAL: Revised - The Asset Information Entry feature to set ( N ) Non-Necessary Personal Property as the default Asset Type when entering new Asset Information in all RD/HUD/LIHTC Tenant Certifications .. Fixed - The issue where the Generate Recertification Notice feature was not recognizing households that have Adult Members that are labeled Full-Time Student Status .. Added - Phone Number and Email Address entry fields for each individual household member in the Member Information data entry window in the Tenant Certification feature .. Added - Individual Member Phone Number and Email Address MS Word MergeField Codes for insertion into custom Certification Data related documents .. Added -Custom MS Word MergeField Codes to both Certification Data and Recertification Notice related documents that insert Member #2's Full Name if Relationship to Head is "Co-Head" and RD Lease Expiration Date to comply with MN State Lease requirements.
ACCOUNTING: Revised - The Check Printing Process feature when completing a check run with Online Bill Payment ( OBP ) as the selected Check Type to automatically add "OBP" to the assigned Check Number to identify the A/P Payment entry as recording an ACH or Online Payment .. Added - Atlantic Union Bank to the Postive Pay Banking feature list of Banks .. Added - A Sort By - Invoice No. bullet option to the Aged Payables Report feature Setup window .. Added - The ability to label existing Vendor Accounts as being "Inactive".

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - Line #15 Net Family Assets on the RD 3560-8 Tenant Certification form to report a zero amount when the actual Net Family Asset amount is less than or equal to the Imputed Income From Asset Threshold to match HUD's HOTMA Compliance regulation for reporting Net Family Assets .. HOTMA - A new 01/01/2026 Multiple Info Schedule will automatically be added for all RD Projects in the DATA .. PROJECT DATA ..
