HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The ability to enter an underscore ( _ ) as part of the Repayment Agreement ID in the Review Repayment Agreements feature window.
RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The RD Tenant Transaction XML ( Upload ) file layout to include HOTMA Compliance related Data Elements which now allows RD 3560-8 Tenant Certifications that are effective on or after 07/01/2025 to be submitted ( uploaded ) to the MINC System.
LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Tenant Income Certification ( TIC ) forms for Spectrum, AL, GA, OR, SC that was incorrectly displaying the Maximum Rent Limit amount on the printed forms.
