Zego's ( PayLease ) online payment solutions allow property managers to electronically collect rent payments and HOA payments, making it easy for residents to pay rent online. This built-in feature simplifies Property, Bank Account & Resident Information uploads to and imports Payment Transaction activity detail sent from the Zego system. Using Zego's check scanning solution, property managers can also convert checks and money orders into electronic transactions, eliminating trips to the bank and considerably improving funding time. Every check scanned integrates with your existing accounting system for additional efficiency and reconciliation ease.

All that is required is an existing Zego Client Account. Built-in integration with the Zego System is provided free to all FHA Software program users.
