Training Seminars

FHA Software has been successfully automating the affordable housing industry for over 35 years now with more and more new features being added each year.  It’s also been a long standing tradition to hold an annual training seminar every year in March or April which includes two full days of training. The first day focuses on RD/HUD/LIHTC Data Entry & Compliance issues and the second day covers Accounting Data Entry & Reports.
 
INSTRUCTOR:  Duane D. Tinsley is the President of SCS and has been involved with affordable housing, since 1982. Duane is the creator of FHA Software which is currently being used to automate over 5,500 RHS/HUD/LIHTC projects nationwide.
 
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:  New & existing users who want to refine their use of FHA Software in order to efficiently stay on top of RHS/HUD/LIHTC reporting requirements and electronic compliance. This training will help simplify your data entry process and will provide monthly forms preparation, submission, and compliance guidance with respect to current and future RD (MINC XML), HUD (TRACS 203A), and LIHTC (XML 5.0) requirements.  A sound understanding of FHA Software usage will insure accurate forms management and electronic compliance success.
