IMPORTANT

* If you are just now updating from the previous 2019.01.31 or 2019.02.28 Update Release of FHA Software and also installed the two required Crystal Report DLL file installations, you do not need to install the Crystal Report DLL files again. Download & install the 2019.03.31 Update Release like normal.

* If you are just now updating from a previous 2018.12.31 or earlier Update Release of FHA Software, this update also requires all computer Operating Systems to download and install current Crystal Reports v13.0.24 DLL files that are used to print reports throughout the FHA Software program. Therefore, AFTER successfully installing the 2019.03.31 Update Release for FHA Software, immediately install the following two additional DLL file installations from our ftp site ...

DOWNLOAD AND RUN THE CRRUNTIME_13024.MSI INSTALLATION FROM OUR FTP SITE

Go to [ http://files.simplycomputer.net/crruntime_13024.msi ] and click-on SAVE to download ( SAVE AS ) the CRRUNTIME_13024.MSI file a temporary folder on your computer drive. When download is complete, OPEN the temporary folder using Windows Explorer and double click-on the CRRUNTIME_13024.MSI to start and complete this installation.

Added - A new Exclude Market Renter ( MKT ) Tenants / Units checkbox option to the Generate Recertification Notices feature that won't include Tenants / Units with Subsidy Type assigned as MKT in the process ..
