IN GENERAL: Added - A Recurring WO Entry menu option to the Work Order feature that provides the ability to assign and automatically recur existing Work Order entries, similar to how Recurring A/J and A/P entry features have worked for some time now .. Added - Additional Mergefield Code selections to the list of available custom MSWord - Certification Data related Mergefield Codes. Refer to the Certification Data - Mergefield Codes - Help Topic for more details .. Added - A new Custom .DOC Forms bullet option to the Data Backup/Restore feature which provides the ability to backup your custom MSWord documents .. Revised - The Multi-Project Directory feature that will now allow User Login Accounts with limited Project Filename access to create Multi-Project Directory groups for their use only that include Project Filenames they have access to .. Added - A new Quick Support Module button to the Help > Product Support window that will automatically launch the TeamViwer Quick Support Module we use for remote access support assistance.
ACCOUNTING: Added - A new A/R Tenant-Based Subsidy Payment Entry menu option to the A/R Tenant Payment Entry feature which simplifies recording Tenant-Based ( non-project ) RA/Subsidy Payments for all applicable tenants from one window .. Added - Move-Out Date to the list of available custom Rent Statement form insertion fields/codes.
HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release .. Added - A Close Voucher Month checkbox to the Generate a HAP Request Voucher setup window that will automatically close the voucher month after the entire HUD-52670 HAP Request Voucher has been printed which prevents new or future Tenant Change activations from targeting the HAP Voucher Month/Year that was generated .. Added - A new Auto Insert Column 14b Dates checkbox to the Generate a HAP Request Voucher setup window that will automatically insert First Reminder Notice Dates that are required in column 14b .. Updated - The iMAX Communications feature with the recent TRACS TLS v1.2 protocol upgrade requirement .. Added - A new Auto Adjust Unit Count checkbox to the Generate a HAP Request Voucher setup window that will automatically adjust the Unit Count tally in Part II - 6 of the Cover Page to match the Total Units in Contract number by offsetting the difference to the No. of Vacant Units item. This Unit Count tally adjustment only applies when the sum of item 6 b/c/d/e is lower than item 6a.
