Just forwarded an email we received from Janet Stouder at RD/USDA to all registered RD project users which acknowledges that MINC has a slow response time issue currently with electronic EDI file submissions that may cause late fees to be assessed. The email provides corrective action to remove late fees in this situation. .. DT.
