Release [ 2015-05-31 ] provided the following program changes ...


IN GENERAL: Added - Tenant Specific Comments as an available data insert field for all Recertification Notice generations which can be used to pull user defined information into Recertification Notice processing .. Added - A new Verification of Deposit [ V_ASSET_WELLS_FARGO_RN.RPT ] Recertification Notice form that is required to acquire third party verification of tenant Wells Fargo bank accounts.

ACCOUNTING: Added - A new Saved COA #'s Only checkbox option to the General Ledger Report - Setup window that provides the ability to save frequently used multiple Chart of Account Number selections to a unique filename that can be selected for all future G/L report generations without having to manually reselect the same COA #'s each time .. HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release .. Added - Two new Section 8 sub-type designations ( RAD & SPRAC ) to the Type of Section 8 selection list in the HAP Contract Information window of Project Data that will allow RAD & SPRAC project notations to be reported in Part I - Item #4 Type of Subsidy on the printed HUD-52670 Voucher cover page .. Fixed - A rounding issue that occurred when calculating the TRACS 202D Non-Citizen Rule Section 8 HAP amount.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - The MS USDA/RD Dwelling Lease form [ RD_MS_LEASE_CD.RPT ] Revision 01/01/2015 .. Updated - The CO USDA/RD Rental Housing Lease Agreement & Addendum forms [ RD_CO_LEASE_CD.RPT & RD_CO_LEASE_ADDM_CD.RPT ] to the 10/30/2014 Revision .. Fixed - The issue when Elderly Member Household Status was incorrectly being applied to a Live-In Attendant.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Updated - The Illinois Tenant Income Certification form [ IL-Sec42 TIC ] to the current 03/19/2015 revision which now shows cents for all Income & Asset amounts and the new .06% PB Savings Rate change .. Revised - The WNC MITC - Tax Credit Analysis Report to show the actual MSA% instead of OTH% in the Unit Set-Aside column for all tenants that have MSA % set as Other.
