IN GENERAL: None.

ACCOUNTING: Revised - The Check Printing Process - Utility Refund Checks feature to allow a Utility Account Number notation to automatically appear in the Memo section of the printed check for each individual tenant .. Revised - The Aged Payables Report - Setup window to allow the user to omit specific reporting periods ( 30/60/90/90+ ) from being included in the report .. Added - A new Quickbooks Payroll Transaction Detail import feature to the A/P Check Disbursement Entry window that will automatically import payroll checks from the QuickBooks program.

RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The RD Recertification process to not zero out previous Non-Project Based Subsidy amounts from the new Recert.

HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Fixed - The Unit Count being reported for the total number of units included on the Adjustment pages of the HUD-52670 HAP Request Voucher form.

LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Texas Tenant Income Certification [ TX-SEC42TIC ] and Texas Annual Eligibility Certification [ TX-SEC42AEC ] form sections that TDHCA requires to be completed in writing by the tenant's hand .. Revised - The Texas Unit Status Report to show the correct TIC Effective date when the last tenant action was a Unit Transfer.
