IN GENERAL: Revised - The TRAK-1 Tenant/Applicant Screening feature to accomodate an internet address change that was implemented in a recent TRAK-1 system software update .. Added - A View Activity Log button to the Data Backup/Restore feature that provides an ability to view Data Backup/Restore completion history in a Notepad window that can be edited .. Added - A Sample User Entry Activity Summary to both Work Order and Waiting List Data features that displays who ( User ID ) last saved each Work Order /Waiting List Data entry listed on the summary .. Added - A new Billing Code selection to the VeriScreen feature that establishes what VeriScreen Account is billed ( other than the main VeriScreen Login Account ) for each individual project's tenant screening report request .. Added - An enhanced warning message to the Data Backup/Restore feature when Accounting related setup files are included in the Restore process.
ACCOUNTING: Added - The 2017 MN Certificate of Rent Paid form, 2017 MO Certification of Rent Paid form, 2017 VT Landlord's Certificate form and 2017 WI Rent Certificate form to the Certificate of Rent Paid ( CRP ) feature .. Added - A new Payroll Transaction Detail - Import option to the A/P Check Disbursement Entry feature that imports payroll activity from a payroll service called The Payroll Store.
HUD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Revised - The Automatic HAP Adjustment Calculation feature to correct minor adjustment calculation accuracy issues that have come up since the last update release.
RD SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - A new Consolidated Project Summary option to the Review Project Worksheet History - Print menu that will generate a summary of Project Worksheet history for a specific month for multiple projects on one report.
LIHTC SPECIFIC CHANGES: Added - Building ID, Income Designation, Rent Designation, Tax Credit Y/N, Home %, Tax Exempt % and AHCP % columns to the XML File Summary for both LIHTC Data Transfer Standard XML 3.1 and 4.0 file creation features.
