Just posted a PDF file copy of the HUD Memorandum dated 06/02/2017 to our "HUD Related Downloads" web page which implements the requirement to include the Dun & Bradstreet's (DB) Data Numbering System (DUNS) Numbers on all vouchers submitted to the Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS) on or after December 1, 2017.
