USDA/RD installed an update to the MINC Website over the weekend which created an issue with XML file submissions to MINC. If you received an error message that said "Incorrect File Format" while attempting to upload an XML file to MINC yesterday, this was a MINC issue that has since been fixed by USDA/RD. Try uploading your XML file to MINC again today. You should be fine. .. DT.
